The First Winter Party - 5 Word Challenge Open Mic

Join us on Zoom for The First Winter Party, our final session of 2023! Participants will read their 5-Word Challenge poems on the open mic and there will be a popular vote to declare a winner. Anyone and everyone is welcome to write a poem and join us, with the following rules in mind:

The 5 words are: 1) Fancy 2) Aroma 3) Wilderness 4) Mystery 5) Clay

The poem must not be of epic length (we want to fit in as many people on the open mic as possible), and the poem must contain all five words. Very slight variations on words are allowed to account for e.g. tense, pluralisation, etc.

8:00pm - Participants read their 5 word challenge poems on the open mic

9:10pm - Announcements and Farewells
