Ruth Quinlan is originally from Kerry but now lives in Galway. Her work has won awards in both poetry and fiction, including a Hennessy Literary Award, Over the Edge New Writer of the Year Award, and the Galway University Hospital Poems for Patience competition. She has also been selected for Poetry Ireland Introductions, Cork Poetry Festival Introductions, and has been the recipient of an individual artist bursary from Galway City Council. She is co-editor of Skylight 47 poetry magazine together with Bernie Crawford and D'or Seifer. One of these days, she will finally make time to work on that first collection she's been trying to get around to for far too long.
We are grateful for the support of The Arts Council and Limerick City & County Council.
Zoom closed-captions will be made available for this event.
Participation is limited to the first 100 guests to join.
