Noelle Lynskey, director of Shorelines Arts Festival, is facilitator of Portumna Pen Pushers. Her work features in many publications including The Irish Times, Staying Human (Bloodaxe), Crannóg, Skylight, Scríobh, Sunday Miscellany, Strokestown Poetry Anthologies, Local Wonders (Dedalus), Washing Windows Too (Arlen). In 2021 she was selected to be Strokestown Poet Laureate.  She is completing an MA in Creative Writing from UL.

Noelle is a mother of three ladies and a community pharmacist in Portumna.
