Jennifer Horgan's debut poetry collection Care just launched in April 2025 with Doire Press at the Cork World Book Festival. She is also very interested in non-fiction. In 2021 she released her book on the education system with Orpen Press entitled, O Captain My Captain: One Teacher's Hope for Change in the Irish Education System. Her weekly column with the Irish Examiner keeps her busy and she is currently working on a second poetry collection and a non-fiction book, both exploring gender and mothering.
