From Cork, Eoin Cahill's poems have appeared in Southword, Skylight 47 and HOWL New Irish Writing. In 2024 he read at the Cork International Poetry Festival as part of the Poetry Introductions event and in 2023 he was a participant in the Stinging Fly Summer School.
